See everything we hold about you
BLKOUT keeps a record for the people in our community. You are entitled to see all of it, correct anything that is wrong, and delete anything you would rather we did not hold. Not a summary of it. All of it.
How this works, and its one weakness
We email you a link that opens your record. The link works once and expires after thirty minutes. There is no password to create and no account to remember.
The weakness is honest and worth stating: your email is the key. Anyone who can read your inbox can open your record. That is true of most services and we would rather say so than let you assume otherwise.
Why we do this at all is written down in our AI and data policy, which the board adopted in June 2026. This page is that policy working, rather than promising.
What we hold about you
Every field below is yours to change. Edit anything that is wrong. Delete anything you do not want us to keep — including the things we wrote about you rather than with you.
One limit worth knowing: we keep records against email addresses, so this is the record for the address you signed in with. If you have given us a different address over the years there may be a second record we have not joined up. Tell us and we will merge them by hand.
When you change something, we keep a dated note that you changed it — not to override you, but so we can prove we did what you asked. That note is the only thing on this page you cannot edit.
This link has expired
Links last thirty minutes and work once. Ask for a new one and it will be with you shortly.
